Your journey at ADM could begin with an internship, followed by new challenges, more responsibility, and endless opportunities for advancement.
At ADM, interns are our largest pipeline of talent. During this internship you will apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations and challenges enabling you to develop personally and professionally. The 11-week internship program starts in May and ends in August.
The program is coordinated through our corporate headquarters in Decatur, Illinois, although some internships are in other locations across the country, with an emphasis on the U.S. Midwest.
