The cereal industry relies on cocoa and chocolate products to create many of its products, and ADM is committed to working closely with customers to develop new and improved snacks and cereals for an increasingly competitive marketplace.

When consumers pour milk over chocolate-flavored cereal, they expect the chocolate flavor to be quickly transferred into the milk. ADM Cocoa has developed a number of cocoa powders that allow this quick transfer of both flavor and color to the milk.

Cocoa powders

• Dark brown and reddish alkaline low-fat cocoa powders

Chocolates

• ADM has products that are very fluid and are ideal for spraying onto cereals. These chocolates have ideal flow properties and are available in both milk, dark and white. Compound coatings such as yogurt-flavored compounds are also available.
• For inclusions, we offer a wide range of drops and chunks that can be mixed with the cereals.
